Information collected
You may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, area of support, and message. Because recovery enquiries can include health or addiction-related information, your message may include special category personal data if you choose to share it.
Purposes and lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether recovery coaching may be suitable.
- To arrange, provide, and administer coaching services if you decide to work with PineRecoveryCoaching.
- To use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymized page performance insight, site reliability, and service improvement.
- To keep basic records needed for business, legal, accounting, and safeguarding purposes.
The lawful bases may include consent, steps before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. Where you choose to include health or recovery information, PineRecoveryCoaching relies on your explicit consent to use that information to respond to your enquiry. For Cloudflare Web Analytics, PineRecoveryCoaching relies on legitimate interests in understanding site performance and improving service quality in a privacy-preserving way.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet legal or business record needs. If no coaching relationship begins, enquiry messages should normally be deleted or anonymised within 24 months unless there is a clear reason to keep them longer.
Sharing and storage
Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by email, hosting, administration, or professional service providers where needed to operate the business. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate GDPR safeguards should be used.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Cloudflare Web Analytics
PineRecoveryCoaching uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, performance, and broad usage patterns. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use client-side state such as cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individuals for analytics reporting.
If booking tools, maps, video embeds, payment services, or advertising pixels are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools go live.
